“Nikki and the team at Quality Improvement Clinic have supported the Clinical Commissioning Groups in East Kent to co-design, deliver and report on a series of all staff OD events.  Nikki and her team worked with the CCGs’ senior management team to ensure that the content of each of the events was relevant and well structured.  They were flexible and responsive to the demands of a developing agenda, and strove to make sure that each of the  events delivered against their objectives.  Key successes to flow from the events included the introduction of a systematic use of SBAR methodology across the CCGs.  This has resulted in a vast improvement to the way in which committee papers are drafted and delivered, leading to clearer governance and decision making.  Furthermore, QIC’s support with process mapping has also enabled us to review and refine internal CCG business processes and has encouraged all staff in the organisation to consider their part in delivering CCG services. The EK CCGs’ staff continue to build and develop their partnerships, and the support of QIC in this process has been invaluable.”
